1:1 EMOTIONAL SUPPORT

The first Saturday of every month

Little Hub of Hope and Open Mind Meaningful Support are working together to provide free confidential 1:1 sessions on the first Saturday of every month, to anyone who perhaps cannot attend a midweek group and who is in need of emotional support - including family and friends who are concerned about loved ones. We recommend booking a 30 minute session below to avoid disappointment. 


Open Mind offers a listening service for anyone aged 16 years plus, who are experiencing mental health challenges of any description. They offer 1:1 support with a trained volunteer for anxiety, depression and any other form of mental health disorder. Whether you need short-term support when a conversation would help, or longer-time support they are there.  More information can be found here and details of their midweek sessions too:

Open Mind – meaningful support | Haverhill Methodist Church

Little Hub of Hope offers peer support for anyone aged 18 plus. Their volunteers have mental health awareness training, as well as their own lived experiences which can be used these to support others who struggling with mental health.
